Frogpost

Terms of service

These terms cover your use of Frogpost, run by Federico Cella in Barcelona, Spain. They are short on purpose. If anything is unclear, write and ask.

Updated

1. Acceptance

By using Frogpost you agree to these terms and to our Privacy policy. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. What Frogpost does

Frogpost writes blog posts with AI from what it reads on your website, and saves or publishes them to the CMS you connect, when you ask it to or on the schedule you set.

AI can get things wrong. Frogpost checks posts against your own site, but it cannot guarantee that every statement is accurate, complete or suitable for your audience. What is published on your blog is published under your name, so you are responsible for reviewing it, for the schedule you turn on, and for what stays live.

We do not promise any particular ranking, traffic or result in Google or any other search engine.

3. Your connected accounts

When you connect a CMS, your website or Google Search Console, you confirm you are allowed to. Frogpost acts on those accounts only in the ways described when you connect them: creating and publishing entries and uploading images in your CMS, reading your public website, and reading Search Console data. You can disconnect any of them at any time.

Those services have their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or for changes they make that affect Frogpost.

4. Your content

You own the posts Frogpost writes for you and everything you give it to work from. We don't claim ownership of any of it and don't use it for anything beyond providing the service to you.

You may not use Frogpost to produce content that is illegal, infringes anyone's rights, misleads readers, or is spam. We may remove content and close accounts that do.

5. Plans and payments

The free plan includes 3 posts a month. Pro is a monthly subscription at the price shown when you upgrade, charged in advance through Stripe. Cancelling stops future charges but does not refund the current period. Refund requests for other circumstances are handled case by case: write to us.

6. Availability

Frogpost is provided as is. We may change, suspend or shut down the service or any part of it. We make no guarantee about uptime or continued availability, and we will give notice of a shutdown where we reasonably can.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Frogpost is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including lost traffic, rankings or revenue. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract.

8. Ending your account

You can stop using Frogpost at any time, and ask us to delete your account by email. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top always reflects the current version, and we will tell you about changes that matter before they apply. Continuing to use Frogpost after that means you accept them.
